Session Overview
Your session is your time, and you always control how we spend it.
Here's an outline of how we might spend a 60 minute session:
5 Minutes - Review your current technology issues and set session goals.
50 Minutes - Troubleshoot and solve your tech issues, then review the solutions.
5 Minutes - Review recommendations for further study and schedule a follow up.
By combining collaborative troubleshooting with a relax teaching environment, the aim of Sage is to fix your issues and teach you how to diagnose and solve issues on your own. Each session will help you customize, optimize and fix the technology you already own while cultivating confidence and independence to address tech issues on your own.
